RETURN POLICY – SUPERB TECHNOLOGIES

 

At Superb Technologies, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for all products listed on our website.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all components, including manuals, cables, and accessories, included.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • The product must have been purchased from Superb Technologies.
  • The 7-day period starts from the date of delivery to the customer.

Return Process:

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement as per the customer’s request.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining the tracking information until the refund is processed.

Exclusions: This 7-day return policy does not apply to products that are:

  • Damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Modified or altered in any way.
  • Opened software products.
  • Custom order items.
